The position is responsible for achieving Retail Division’s monthly portfolio of Home Loan/Auto Loan of SFIL to grow business portfolio.

• Achievement of Retail business target assigned by Management
• Ensure periodic loan projection and assist supervisor to follow up the progress of the same. Also Prepare and present regular reports on portfolio performance to senior management.
• Daily visit corporate offices, real estate developers and car vendors for prospective business
• Ensure completion of any pending documentation within stipulated timeframe
• Assist CRM and Operations department for smooth customer service experience
• Cross selling of other products of SFIL Finance PLC. such as Deposit products, Corporate & SME loans
• Arrange different promotional activities for future customers

• Minimum graduate from any reputed University with no 3rd Class division/CGPA preferably major in Marketing/Management/ Finance/ Economics
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in home loan/auto loan sales division in Banks or FI’s in relevant position
• Computer literacy
• Sound Interpersonal and communications skills
