Mr. Ehsanul Kabir is the appointed Chairman of Strategic Finance & Investments Limited. He is also the CEO & MD of Strategic Equity Management Ltd (SEML)- a leading Asset Management Company (AMC) licensed by Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC). Before joining SEML, he worked as Head of Research in a second-generation AMC. Earlier he served as the Head of Corporate Finance at Cosmopolitan Finance Limited (CFL), the merchant banking wing of Summit Group. Mr. Ehsan started his career in Eastern Bank Limited and gained vast experience in Structured Financial Products such as Bonds, Private Equity, Mezzanine Capital, Zero Coupon Bond customized for leading local companies. Mr. Ehsan completed his MBA from the Faculty of Business Studies, Dhaka University, and BA Honors - Economics from Sri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi, India.

Mr. Arif Khan, FCMA, CFA, MBA has been appointed as Independent Director in Strategic Finance and Investments Limited (SFIL). Arif Khan has been working in the financial services sector for more than thirty (30) years and is currently engaged in fund management business. Prior to his current role, he was the CEO & Managing Director of IDLC Finance Limited- the largest NBFI in the country. Mr. Khan was also the Commissioner of Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) for 5 years. He was the past President of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB). He was also the Founding President of CFA Society, Bangladesh. Mr. Khan's outstanding depth and breadth of experience across the financial industry and capital market is an invaluable addition to direct SFIL to achieve its growth strategy and create value for its stakeholders.

Mr. Shoriful Islam is the nominated director of Strategic Finance Limited- a leading merchant bank licensed by Bangladesh Security & Exchange Commission (BSEC). He has over 18 years of experience while working in renowned banks and financial institutions. Mr. Shoriful has wide experience in Finance, Treasury and Accounts. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with major in Finance. Also completed his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Southeast University with a concentration in Banking and Finance. He has participated many training and academic courses throughout his long career.

Mr. Riaduzzaman is the nominated director of Padma Bank Securities Ltd (PBSL). He is the  Managing Director and TREC Holder Representative of Padma Bank Securities Ltd (PBSL). Mr. Riad had previously worked as CEO of Bangladesh Capital Development Ltd and National Accounting Consultant at UNDP. He has a long working experience in the financial sector of the country. Mr. Riad is a Finance and Capital Market expert with Professional Certifications from Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (Fellow Member), Certified Information Systems Auditor, Chartered Professional Accountants (British Columbia) and Certified General Accountants (British Columbia).

Professor William H. Derrenger is the nominated director of Canadian Maple Strategic Wealth LP. He is the founding Vice Chancellor of Canadian University of Bangladesh. Professor William was the Dean of Business School of University of Liberal Arts. He also worked as Associate Dean Faculty of Business in Northers University.  Professor William has served different finance and development organizations in USA and Bangladesh. He holds BA in Economics and Baylor University, Texas and MBA at American International College, Springfield, Massachusetts, USA.

Mr. Zahid Hossain is the nominated director of Statisticker, Inc. New York, USA. He was a renowned government bureaucrat and served Government of Bangladesh for many years. He was also Former Executive Chairman, Board of Investment, Prime Minister's Office. He was born in a reputed family of Gopalganj District and completed his Bachelors and Master’s Degree in Political Science from University of Dhaka.

Mr. Mohammad Ridhwanul Haq, Ph.D., has been appointed as an Independent Director on the Board of Strategic Finance and Investments Limited (SFIL). He is a Professor at the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) at Dhaka University and a former Chairperson of the BBA program at IBA, Dhaka University. Professor Ridhwanul completed his Master's in Management at the Australian National University, Australia, BBA and MBA from department of Marketing, university of Dhaka. He also earned his Ph.D. in Marketing from the School of Marketing and International Business at the University of Western Sydney, Australia.

Mr. Mashiur Rahman has been appointed as an Independent Director in the Board of Strategic Finance and Investments Limited (SFIL). Mashiur Rahman has been working in the Telecom sector for more than thirty-two (32) years. His expertise and leadership were evident during his tenure as the Director General of the Telecommunication Department at the Ministry of Posts & Telecommunications. He was a member of the 9th batch BCS (Telecom) Cadre and retired from government service in June 2022. He also served as the Managing Director & CEO of Bangladesh Submarine Cable Company Limited for more than four (4) years. Now he is the CEO of CdNet Communications Limited, a newly established company in telecom sector. Mr. Rahman has completed his B.Sc & M.Sc Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET).

Mr. Anupam Hayat Punam has been appointed as an Independent Director on the Board of Strategic Finance and Investments Limited (SFIL). Mr. Anupam Hayat Punam has completed his BBA and MBA from North South University, Dhaka. Presently, he is working as the Chief Financial Officer at Unique Meghnaghat Power Limited. Prior to his current role, he was the Director of Product Management at Standard Chartered Bank.
